# How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds normally appear on statements about 2 days after the cancellation, but can take up to three-to-five business days. 

If you cancel a space shortly after purchase, it can sometimes result in a "voided transaction", meaning the charge was canceled before it had a chance to process. When this happens, the purchase just disappears from your statement, meaning you will not see a corresponding refund.
