What is Wayleadr Go's cancellation policy?

1. Before the booking commences

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel the booking after the start time commences, unless you have purchased cancellation protection.

If you have purchased cancellation protection you can cancel your booking via the booking dashboard on your account.

2. After the booking commences

If you have purchased the 'Flexi Plus' cancellation protection on long-term bookings, seven (7) days or more, you can cancel your booking 24 hours after the booking start time.

If you have not purchased cancellation protection you cannot cancel the booking after the booking start time commences. For all bookings, If you are requesting a refund for booking on, please ensure that you make your request within 24 hours after the booking end time. After this timeframe, the balance is automatically transferred to the lister of the parking space via our payment processor and we are unable to refund these bookings.

If you were unable to access the space, ensure you documented your experience. Wayleadr Go will ask the booker to provide photographs or other documentation that show what they are experiencing, before making a decision on the refund claim, and will review the booker's refund claim on a case by case basis.

Contact live chat support with refund claims, and ensure you provide your booking reference number, photographs and other documentation to support your refund claim.

3. If your long-term booking has renewed

If you cancel early, you can continue to use your parking space until your account automatically closes at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again unless you restart your account.

Long-term bookings that renewed under the "rolling monthly" feature cannot be refunded.
