We have two scenarios where you could be eligible for a refund:

1. Before the booking

On a short term booking you can cancel one hour prior to the start time you will be entitled to a full refund. No questions asked.

If you are on a monthly rolling contract and you need to cancel it, please cancel booking prior to the start of new booking month. Otherwise you will be liable for the full month.

2. After the booking
If there were unforeseen circumstances at the location that kept you from parking we'll make sure you're taken care of.

Please notify us no later than 24 hours after the booking was due to start. Be sure to include any information, photos or documentation to help demonstrate why you couldn't park. We hold all funds for 24 hours before releasing them to the space owner so after this time frame we will not be able to issue you a refund.

Refunds normally appear on statements about 2 days after the cancellation, but can take up to three-to-five business day.

If you cancel a space shortly after purchase, it can sometimes result in a 'voided transaction', meaning the charge was canceled before it had a chance to process. When this happens, the purchase just disappears from your statement, meaning you will not see a corresponding refund.
