Where can I find my receipt?

For bookings made using the Parkpnp app:

When you make a booking via Parkpnp, you receive two emails; a booking confirmation email along with a copy of your receipt.

We would suggest you hold onto these for your records. If you would like to request another copy of your receipt, message us via the chat bubble below.

For bookings made using Scan & Go:

After using the QR Scanner to pay for your parking, make sure your transaction is completed successfully
