The main cause of this is usually an overly aggressive spam filter that blocks our emails before they reach your inbox.

Check your spam folder for any messages from Parkpnp. If you find any emails from Parkpnp, add team@ parkpnp.com your address book, so they don't end up there again.

If you can't find any emails from us, then you can always log into your Parkpnp account and click on 'My Bookings'. This will show up your confirmed bookings and any booking requests made.
