Can I contact the space owner?

Our messages feature allows you to directly interact with the lister and ask any questions you may have.

When you find your perfect space just click **‘Message' **in the middle of the listing. Here you can discuss any particular questions you may have about the space.

Once you make a booking you can also chat about FOB collection or ask for more specific driving instructions.

When you ask a question the lister will get notified, we ask that you are patient for their reply.

How do I receive Payment?

In order to receive payment directly into your bank account, will need to enter in your bank details to your Wayleadr Go account. All our payments are handled securely via Stripe , our international payment partners.

Take a look below at the step by step guide on how to enter in your payment details.

Log into Wayleadr Go and select 'Account'.

On the left hand side click 'Payout Bank Details'.

Enter in the required information. You will need your IBAN number for this stage of the process.

Your bank account details have now been saved. The final stage of the process requires you to upload ID such as a passport or drivers license. The means that we can verify that your bank account matches your ID to ensure we are paying the correct person.

You're now all set to receive payment. Once the booking has come to an end you will be paid directly into your bank account.

How do I prove I've paid for parking?

Accepted Answer

Once the space owner has approved your booking request you will receive a confirmation email. This email is proof that you have booked and paid for parking,

The space owner will be able to identify you based on your registration details that you provided when setting up your Wayleadr Go account so there's no need to display anything on your dashboard.

Once you have received your confirmation email your space is reserved and guaranteed just for you.

You can rest assured that our listers know you are coming and will be holding the space for your arrival.

What happens if my space is damaged by someone parking in it?

We all know that parking has its associated risks. We'd like to hope this never happens, however it's good to know where both parties stand on the issue.

Listing a parking space: When listing a space using Wayleadr Go, a lister is responsible for their own space. We hope that all our customers are respectable of other peoples property but this is something that is beyond our control. If you come across anyone being malicious and damaging your property you have the right to report them to the local police station.

Renting a parking space: Similarly when parking, just as in any other parking space around the city, the driver always parks at their own risk.
