What's your cancellation policy?
We have two scenarios where you could be eligible for a refund: 1. Before the booking On a short term booking you can cancel one hour prior to the start time you will be entitled to a full refund. No questions asked. If you are on a monthly rolling contract and you need to cancel it, please cancel booking prior to the start of new booking month. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds normally appear on statements about 2 days after the cancellation, but can take up to three-to-five business days. If you cancel a space shortly after purchase, it can sometimes result in a "voided transaction", meaning the charge was canceled before it had a chance to process. When this happens, the purchase just disappears from your statement, meaning you will not see a corresponding refund.
